Now that you’ve signed up, there’ll be a short wait. Look out for an email that gives you details of what to do next.  

When you do get started, you’ll receive simple, quick surveys to complete. By answering them, you’ll earn ‘stars’—these have a real cash value and can be redeemed for vouchers to spend at your favourite high-street stores and online brands. The more surveys you complete, the more stars you’ll earn. It’s that easy!

Although you are awaiting an email to get started with using the LifeStars research app, if you’d like to earn even more rewards, you can join our General Panel.

Our General Panel is coming soon. When it’s ready, to join you firstly need to download the LifeStars app using the link below. You must use the applicable link as it won’t work otherwise. Once downloaded, you’ll be asked to answer some screening questions, just so we know who you are, and then we can send you the right surveys.

Remember, the more surveys you complete, the more rewards you’ll earn.

What type of rewards will I earn?

Participants can join multiple panels for the chance to share more of their opinions, which means they’ll earn more rewards. 

Confidentiality & privacy

We take your confidentiality very seriously—everything you share with us is completely secure. While we collect some personal details to match you with the most relevant surveys, your personal data will never be shared with anyone. All survey results are presented to brands in aggregate form, such as ‘20% of people aged 20-35 agree’. Your privacy is always our priority.
