TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE LIFESTARS SURVEY APP “BONUS OFFER: €5 FOR COMPLETING QUALIFYING SURVEY AFTER REGISTRATION” PROMOTION 

1. THE PROMOTION

1.1 This ‘€5 Bonus for completing the qualifying survey after registration” promotion is an introductory incentive offering the first 1,000 Participants the chance to earn €5 worth of stars that can be redeemed for vouchers (the “Promotion”). 

1.2 By taking part in the Promotion, you (the “Participant”) agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Any information or instructions published by the Promoter about the Promotion on: https://lifestars.com/terms-and-conditions form part of these terms and conditions. If you do not agree to these terms and conditions then do not sign up to the Lifestars Survey App. 

1.3 You can enter the Promotion by downloading the Lifestars Survey App available on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store, completing your registration details and completing your first survey. Note: there may not be a survey available immediately for you to complete. You will be alerted via a push notification and an email to complete a survey. 

1.4 Use of the Lifestars Survey App is governed by the terms and conditions of usage. 

2. THE PROMOTER

The Promoter of this Promotion is Spark Market Research Limited trading as LifeStars, a company incorporated in England and Wales. Our company number 13257906 and our registered office is at Studio 1, Cross York Street Studios, Cross York Street, Leeds LS2 7BL (“LifeStars” / “we”/ “our” / “us”). Spark Market Research is a group company of Audience Collective Limited. When we mention “Spark Market Research Limited”, we are referring to the relevant company in the Audience Collective Group responsible for processing your data.   

The Promoter shall not be liable for any interruption to this Promotion whether due to force majeure or other factors beyond the Promoter’s control. 

3. ENTRY ELIGIBILITY

3.1 The Promotion is open to residents of Ireland aged 18 or over only. Participation in the Promotion will require internet access, successful download of the App and a valid email address. It is the Participant’s responsibility to ensure that email addresses are correctly entered. 

3.2 Employees or agents of the Promoter or any of their group companies, or their families or households or anyone professionally connected to this Promotion are not eligible to enter. 

3.3 In entering the Promotion, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim any reward. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the Promotion. 

3.4 The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entries that are: 

3.4.1 automatically generated by computer; 

3.4.2 completed by third parties or in bulk; 

3.4.3 incomplete survey responses. 

4. HOW TO ENTER & THE DEADLINE FOR ENTRIES

4.1 The Promotion commences on Monday 16th June 2025 at noon and entries may be made on or after this date. 

4.2 The first 1,000 Participants resident in Ireland, or the Republic of Ireland are eligible for the Promotion. The closing date for the Promotion is 31 August 2025, or sooner, once 1,000 people have qualified. 

4.3 To take part in the Promotion, download the Lifestars Survey App on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store. Complete your registration details and the first survey. Reward points to the value of €5 will be awarded after successful completion and can be redeemed within the app.  

Rewards will only be awarded to Members who qualify for the reward inherently and follow all instructions correctly regarding qualification for that reward. Failure to correctly follow instructions may result in no rewards being awarded.   

Rewards awarded to you will be recorded in your Membership Profile but are not available for redemption until a specified fulfilment level has been reached.   

4.4 Participants may only enter the Promotion once. Duplicate entries will be removed from the Promotion 

4.5 This Promotion is only available to individual consumers and not to any business or reseller. If it becomes apparent that a Participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this condition in any way, that Participant’s entries will be disqualified and any reward will be void 

5. REWARDS 

5.1 The Promotion consists of €5 worth of LifeStars points 

5.2 There are 1000 €5 bonus rewards available to residents of Ireland and Northern Ireland.  

5.3 By accepting the reward, the Participants agree to: 

5.7.1 joining the Lifestars Survey App as a full member, registering their details and completing the qualifying survey 

5.7.2 Continuing to be a member of the Lifestars Survey App and subject to its full terms and conditions (https://lifestars.com/terms-and-conditions) until such a time as that Membership is cancelled or discontinued. 

5.7.3 participate in the Promoter’s other marketing and promotional activities linked to this Promotion 

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

6.1 Participants take part in the Promotion at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter (subject always to clause 6.3) accepts no liability with regard to such rewards whatsoever.  

6.2 The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault, interruption, site failure, technical malfunction, human error, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure of any kind. No responsibility is accepted by the Promoter for lost, delayed or damaged data which occurs during any communication or transmission of entries 

6.3 Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits the liability of either party for death or personal injury caused by that party’s negligence 

7. DISQUALIFICATION 

7.1 The Promoter reserves the right, at its absolute discretion, to disqualify any Participant: 

7.1.1 who it considers to have not complied with these terms and conditions or any Participant who it reasonably believes has interfered with the fair running of this Promotion; or 

7.1.2 if the Participant’s conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the Promotion 

7.2 The Promoter shall have the right, where necessary, to undertake all such action as is reasonable to protect itself against fraudulent or invalid participation including, without limitation, to require further verification as to the identity, age and other relevant details of a Participant and before accepting a claim or entry as being valid 

7.3 All the Promoter’s decisions relating to this Promotion are final and binding. No correspondence about the Promotion will be entered into 

8. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION 

8.1 If you agree to download the Lifestars Survey App, you agree to opt into the Lifestars Privacy Policy which can be found here: https://lifestars.com/privacy-policy/ . You can change your mind at any time by terminating your Account: 

– By navigating to your settings page, contained within your profile and selecting “Delete Account”  

– Or by emailing us at hello@lifestars.com, or using the “Contact us” option in your profile to do so, and requesting that your Account is terminated 

8.2 If you agree to sign up to the Lifestars App as part of this Promotion, you also agree that your data will be shared with Facebook, Pinterest and Google to enable them to identify similar profiles to yours for the purpose of behavioural advertising. Facebook, Google and Pinterest will not use your data for any other purposes and will not send your data to any third party, nor will they send you any marketing communications. We will also never directly contact you on Facebook or Google without your specific consent 

8.3 Except as set out above, the Promoter will use any personal data submitted by the participant solely for the purpose of operating this Promotion and for no other purpose.  

8.4 The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates valid rewards took place. To comply with this obligation the Promoter will send the surnames and county of residence only of all Participants to anyone who emails hello@lifestars.com within one month of the closing date. If you object to your information being published or made available for this purpose, please contact the Promoter. In such circumstances the Promoter shall still be entitled to provide the information and Participants to the Advertising Standards Authority (“ASA”) on request 

8.5 By taking part in this Promotion, you consent to the processing of your personal data in accordance with these terms and conditions 

9. OWNERSHIP OF PROMOTION ENTRIES AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

9.1 All Promotion entries and any accompanying material submitted to the Promoter will become the property of the Promoter on receipt and will not be returned 

9.2 By submitting your Promotion entry and any accompanying material, you agree to: 

9.2.1 assign to the Promoter all your intellectual property rights with full title guarantee; and 

9.2.2 waive all moral rights in and to your Promotion entry and otherwise arising in connection with your entry to which you may now or at any time in the future be entitled under the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 as amended from time to time and under all similar legislation from time to time. 

9.3 You hereby grant the Promoter (which shall include all its group and affiliate companies) a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty free, unrestricted licence to use any feedback that you provide in the Promotion, for any purpose the Promoter in its discretion deems fit 

10. MISCELLANEOUS 

10.1 Subject always to clause 6.3, all Participants take part in the Promotion at their own risk and to the fullest extent possible in law the Promoter accepts no liability with regard to participation and the reward(s) whatsoever. The Promoter will have no liability in relation to the conduct of the Participants, nor in connection with any circumstances outside its control with respect to participation and the rewards. The Participants shall be subject to the policies and terms and conditions of any and all third parties involved in the redemption of the rewards 

10.2 The Promoter reserves the right to vary these terms and conditions or cancel the Promotion at any stage in the event of circumstances arising beyond its control 

10.3 The Promoter acknowledges that this Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Facebook/Twitter/Instagram and releases Facebook/Twitter/Instagram of any and all liability in relation to this Promotion. Any information provided by a Participant under this Promotion is provided to the Promoter and not to Facebook/Twitter/Instagram. In accepting these terms and conditions the Participants release Facebook, Twitter and Instagram from liability to the fullest extent possible in law 

10.4 By entering the Promotion, Participants will be deemed to be bound by and have accepted these terms and conditions. Failure to comply with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification from the Promotion and forfeiture of the reward(s). 

11. JURISDICTION/APPLICABLE LAW 

This Promotion will be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England. By participating the Participants agree that any and all disputes regarding this Promotion will be subject to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
